Strategy
We try to explain the strategy as short as possible.
We call ourselves a hardware creator and not a hardware manufacturer
and this we learned from the beginnings of Logitech and improved it:
We partner at the input side
This means that we outsource everything from manufacturing, importing and moving finished goods in a warehouse.
This also includes the complete return material processing.
Our sales partners order products in China or at our manufacturing partner in Germany
and return products with technical problems to where they ordered from.
We partner on the output side
We do not sell to any enduser directly.
We sell to sales partners and to system integrators.
We will never enter an entertainment park or a car park to
built-in our products.
We will never equip a paper billboard with our sensors!
Only in a few selected premium cases we participate in meetings with end users.
We partner on the content side
This means that we interconnect the independent game developers with the sales partners
to create revenue for both of them.
To create games needed for visibility we have partnered with
They both know how to use the Multi Pointer Unity Game Engine.
We will never create a drone dance by ourselves.
We have a strong focus on OEM deals and we know to whom to talk to.
And why does this Outsourcing work?
Simply due to our Gross Margins!
We develop and file patents and select partners.
That's our job. And help others.
And every partner shall make profit in the whole chain.
